Low Emissions Combustion System
Beginning with the requirement for ultra low engine NOx and CO emissions from our customer, our engineers completed the design, analysis and fabrication of a first generation ultra low emissions combustion system. Our combustion engineers coordinated with the chemical engineers at our customer sight to successfully complete the aerothermal and mechanical design integration of a catalyst into the harsh combustion system environment. Agilis satisfied the rigorous emissions requirements. Agilis then successfully developed a second generation ultra low emissions combustion system which resulted in a smaller overall package with reduced cost while maintaining the very low emissions levels.
To reduce development risk, various high and low pressure combustor test rigs were designed, analyzed, fabricated, instrumented, assembled and shipped to our various customer sights.
