AMS Software

Agilis Measurement Systems (AMS) engineers' are experts in Non-Intrusive Stress Measurement (NSMS).

AMS licenses proprietary, industry leading software, known as AATAS, that provides real-time and off-line analysis of turbine engines.

The AMS real-time software measures blade position and timing, and uses this data to determine the blade vibration characteristics in real-time operation. Crack initiation and crack growth can be identified and monitored during engine testing.

The AMS off-line software also records blade vibration data during testing and provides a comprehensive off-line analysis capability for detailed validation and verification against design criteria.

Information obtained through AMS analysis software includes blade frequencies (synchronous), flutter and stall (non-synchronous), amplitude and deflection, and blade static movement (bent, axial retention).
